Our chefs have created a generous buffet that blends classic brunch favorites with savory lunch selections and interactive action stations, offering something for everyone at the table. Start your morning with comforting brunch staples like fluffy scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, pastries, and French toast bake.
From there, explore a variety of savory dishes including herb roasted chicken, Atlantic salmon with lemon caper sauce, seasonal vegetables, garden salad, Spanish rice, and roasted potatoes.
Guests can also enjoy several chef-attended stations prepared fresh to order throughout the brunch. Build your perfect omelet with a variety of fillings, indulge in Belgian waffles with sweet toppings, or visit the pasta station where your dish is prepared just the way you like it. Our carving station will feature slow roasted meats served with traditional accompaniments.
And of course, no Easter celebration would be complete without something sweet. Finish your brunch with selections from our dessert offerings and River’s chocolate fountain, complete with fresh fruit and treats for dipping.
